The Service does not provide financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. All calculations, suggestions, and information provided are for informational and planning purposes only. The Service is designed to help you explore potential tax scenarios but should not be relied upon as professional advice.
3.2 Regulatory Status
COGA AI Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We do not provide regulated financial advice. If you require advice on investments, pensions, or other regulated financial products, please consult an FCA-authorised adviser.
3.3 HMRC Disclaimer
Our estimations are based on our interpretation of publicly available HMRC guidance and UK tax legislation. Tax rules are complex and subject to change. HMRC may interpret rules differently. You are responsible for verifying all estimations with HMRC or a qualified tax professional before making any tax-related decisions or submissions.
3.4 Accuracy of Estimations
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that our estimations are error-free or complete. Tax situations vary significantly based on individual circumstances that our tools may not fully account for. Factors such as:
- Your specific employment status and contracts
- Previous tax years and carried-forward losses
- International tax obligations
- Specific HMRC rulings applicable to your situation
- Recent changes to tax legislation
may affect your actual tax liability in ways our tools cannot predict.
3.5 Professional Advice Recommendation
We strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified accountant, tax adviser, or financial adviser before:
- Making significant financial decisions based on our estimations
- Submitting tax returns to HMRC
- Restructuring your business or employment arrangements
- Claiming tax reliefs such as R&D tax credits
